Return Policy

Only items that have been purchased directly from Duravac customer service can be returned to Duravac. Duravac products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. All products returned to Duravac for a refund or exchange must be unused in original packaging within 30 days of purchase and must include proof of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Duravac does not provide pre-paid shipping labels. All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase.
